Advertising & Leasing

We will market and advertise your property on many on-line sites and walk through the leasing process with prospective tenants, helping you get the right tenants for your property. 

Maintenance & Inspections

We will supervise and coordinate necessary repairs for your property, communicating closely with you and the tenants to keep it in the best condition for the long-term. We strive to inspect the interior of each property every 6 months.

Rent Collection

We handle all rent collection on-line through the tenant portal saving you time in receiving your rent disbursement. Tenants love their option for automatic payments to ensure rent is always on time.

Streamlined Technology

With our goal to be a paperless company, our advanced technology systems allow us to provide a faster, more secure, and more streamlined renting, leasing and accounting process. Both tenants and owners find the mobile app convenient and user friendly. 

Tenant Screening

It is important that we select the best tenant possible for you. By using a three-tiered screening program, we are able to screen for credit score, criminal background and check for previous evictions. We communicate with tenants for everything related to leasing, maintenance and rent.

Statements & Financials

Your owner portal is available to you 24/7 and helps you stay informed about your property’s financial statements, leases, inspections and transactions. With our mobile app you can even send and receive funds from the palm of your hand.
